When is it Morally Acceptable to Practice Natural Family Planning?

In this video, Melissa Tablada shares when it is morally acceptable to practice Natural Family Planning.🤔

You can watch my full conversation with Melissa here.

Catechism of the Catholic Church para. 2368

“A particular aspect of this responsibility concerns the regulation of procreation. For just reasons, spouses may wish to space the births of their children. It is their duty to make certain that their desire is not motivated by selfishness but is in conformity with the generosity appropriate to responsible parenthood.”

What do you think is a fair criteria for couples who are discerning when it’s appropriate to practice Natural Family Planning to space births?
